Leah Beswick is the principal designer and founder of Casolare. Since 2007 Leah has staged & designed properties throughout New York, California and Southern Florida with a keen understanding of what it takes to go from staged to sold.

With over 17 years of experience in New York City’s luxury residential and commercial real estate markets along with her education at Parsons School of Design, Leah has a rare and unique perspective of the relationship between design and real estate. Casolare has partnered with the top real estate firms, developers and real estate agents to deliver consistent results through staging.

Prior to founding Casolare, Leah worked at the international commercial real estate firm, Knight Frank and has closed record deals in New York City while working at the top residential real estate firms.

When not hard at work staging properties or working one on one with interior design clients, Leah enjoys spending time hiking in the Catskills and gardening at home. Leah is a native New Yorker and resides locally with her husband and two bengal cats.
